Subject to any rights or remedies available under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, and the Fair Trading Act 1999, the SpanMan product is provided on the terms and understanding that SpanWare Pty Ltd (ACN 080 798 901) ('SpanWare') makes no warranty, guarantee, or promise, express or implied, concerning the content or accuracy of any material within or any material produced by the SpanMan product.

Spanware Pty Ltd and the supplier of the relevant products (the “Supplier”) shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting from your use of our programming, content management system or website. The content, the interactive areas of the web site or any facts or opinions appearing on or through an interactive area. Spanware and the Supplier shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever (including, without limitation, lawyer’s fees) in any way due to, resulting from, or arising in connection with the use of or inability to use this web site or the content. To the extent the foregoing limitation of liability is prohibited or fails of its essential purpose, Spanware and the Supplier’s sole obligation to you for damages shall be limited to $100.00. Nor shall Spanware and the Supplier be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever (including, without limitation, lawyer’s fees) in any way due to, resulting from, or arising in connection with viruses or the malicious hacking of the SpanMan website.

You can use Spanman free for an evaluation period of 30 days. During this time you can design all members in a limited range of materials. If you print a Certificate or Computation it will be watermarked as an unlicensed document.

If you want to print a Certificate or Computation without a watermark or your trial period has elapsed you can purchase a subscription. After you have paid your login details will allow you to design all members and print Certificates and Computations. You can also obtain an Invoice of your purchases at any time.

SpanMan does not provide a refund to subscriptions.

Prior to specifying, ordering or installing members designed by SpanMan, the user is to thoroughly review the design certificates and computations for the member(s) designed, to verify the inputs, outputs and assumptions.  If there are any doubts with regards to the use of SpanMan contact Spanware Pty Ltd for clarification and advice.

All roof and floor member connections to other building elements are to be designed by a competent structural engineer.
